पानी प्रसस्त पिउनुहोला। सागपात र फाइबरयुक्त खानेकुरा बढी खानुहोला।मासु र चिल्लो खानेकुरा कम खानुहोला। ठिक नभएमा एकपटक अस्पताल गएर परिक्षण गराउनुहोला। धन्यवाद
