Thank you for the question. Dizziness and headache can be the symptoms of different disease. Sometimes you may be having low blood pressure. So please have your blood pressure checked. Sometimes if headache is severe and half side ache with preceding awareness of headache it may be migrane. Similarly if you are having prolonged fatigue and weakness, you may have anemia too.
