Dear Dr. Karna, Namaskar This is Anjana Vaidya, daughter of your patient Satya Narayan Vaidya, who was there for 26 days ( MICU- 8 days in ventilator; Hi-care- 14 days and general ward- 4 days) in KMC and suggested for Oxygen- 15-18 hours and Bi pap every night and the regular medicines. He was also suggested for visiting to KMC for follow up on Thrusday. But now its lockdown, i tried to call KMC lot, but no response. So kindly suggest what will be the next steps for us. Do we continue his medicines along with oxygyn and bipap? we also been to Gangalal hospital and they said, its under control his heart fraction is 45% (which was 29% during KMC) .
