Most common heart disease is Coronary Artery Disease (CAD) the World ‘s Nuber 1 killer. We have right and left Coronary Artery. Left has two major branch after Left Main. Left Anterior Desending (LAD) and Circumflex (LCX). CAD is blockage of Coronary Artery, may be partially or completely blocked. If more than 70% block must treat either Angioplasty or Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting (CABG).
Main cause of CAD still unknown but predisposing factors are 1. Non modifiable-age,sex,hereditary and race 2. Modifiable- Diabetes, Hypertension, Dyslipidemia- high LDL,low HDL,high TG, Smoking, Diet, Excercise, Stress, Obesity etc. if we control the modifiable cause 80% Heart Attack can be prevented.
